Hello Friends! August is here, so as summer winds down, we are getting ready for some upcoming events. Some exciting Night OUT events and our teams are gearing up for their fall seasons and games! 2026 will be here before you know it. Thank you for your continued support and we hope you can join us for these upcoming events.

Join us for a special Pride Night OUT at the Washington Commanders for Monday Night Football. You can purchase your game ticket and your seat on our shuttle bus to and from a TBD bar in NW.

Cheer DC celebrated the end of their 9th season by presenting a donation check of $22,000 at the World Pride/Capital Pride Street Festival to Rainbow Families — a single season donation record and surpassing an all time donation record of $100,000. Cheer DC and its members choose a local DMV beneficiary each season related to their mission of facilitating inclusivity, creating space, and promoting fairness for LGBTQ+ individuals through intentional community engagement and spirited performance in the DMV and beyond.

Signups are now open for Glitter Bombspiel at curldc.org. Glitter Bombspiel at Potomac Curling Club is the first LGBTQ+ curling tournament in the USA. Now in our seventh year holding the event, this year's Glitter Bombspiel will be held October 17-19 at the Potomac Curling Club. All food, entertainment, and games are included in the registration fee.
